History
Although only speculation, the airplane may have been intended for use by the Ryan School of Aeronautics due to the fact it carried US registration NC17363 initially.
Then on August 17th, 1937 it was crated and shipped via steamship to South Africa and the Haller Aviation Pty. Ltd. Company.
Registered in November 1937 as ZS-ALY. The registration was cancelled as the aircraft is listed as written off prior to the war. No further details known, disposition unknown.
Ownership History
